MOTOREX OPAL 3000 NEW FORMULA is a solvent-free detergent. It has detergent properties identical to common detergent products subject to the VOC tax but it is composed of hydrogen carbides whose respective boiling points are beyond 240°C. It does not fall under VOC taxation.
