Malossi is happy to introduce you to the new Digitronic in variable advance! Compared to the original, the Malossi case has completely modified power curves and the tower limiter moved to 15,000 laps. This new Digitronic manages the advance and SAS valves. Plan quoted in advance The advance management of the ignition is carried out via the linear interpolation of a 3-dimensional plane, consisting of 16 break point motor towers and 8 break point engine temperature. SAS valve side plan The secondary air emission downstream of the butterfly valve allows the engine control system to compensate for the non-linearity of the typical flow of a carburetor system. The SAS valve (Secondary Air Source) is controlled by the electronic housing via the use of a linear interpolation-sided plan having 16 break point of function on the number of engine towers and 8 break point of function on the engine temperature. SAS valve management reduces emissions and optimizes engine performance in all conditions of use. Designed to be ready for use, i.e. compatible with the sensor system and the original actuators.The refined ECU settings and mappings provide a concrete increase in engine performance.
