Kit cylinder POLINI 300cc Euro 3 / 4

By drawing from the technology used for the Formula 1 engines, Polini Motori has projected a thermal group that sets out as a reference in the development of the Piaggio 300 engines. Thanks to the special steel cannon with Nicasil coating and the "HTR" ring (High Turbulence Ring) it was possible to increase the aisle to 77mm, leading the original 278 cm3 cylinder displacement to 294 cm3: an explosion of incredible power to the motor of your scooter. The thermal group rises without any modification to the crankcase and the ass oforigine.Particularitunique in the scooter segment is the “HTR” ring which, not only improves the squish effect, but also allows to have a large support surface of the ass joint, thus ensuring a high reliability of this component. The piston comes with a particularly wide skirt to withstand the lateral thrusts generated by the bucket; the combustion chamber carved in the piston sky is conformed to have an optimal compression ratio with large squish bands that pair with the original ash. The box has two specific curves for the different stages of development: the first one is indicated for mounting with Polini Hi Speed variator, kit and original pot; the second for mounting with variator Polini Hi Speed, kit and pot Polini.The performances with the new kit are already tangible at the low speeds and the engine is performing at each rotation speed. The kit comes complete with the Plug & Play box with the wirings you need to connect to the original system without modifications.
